Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • These terms apply for purchases delivered into United States while additional conditions apply to non-US countries (see Shipping).
  • Our policy lasts 30 days calendar for national orders and 45 days calendar for international orders from the date of receipt. If 30/45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (we accept day of your shipping return the 30th/45th day).
  • Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment (US) or given a coupon (non-US countries) for the amount of your purchase plus your shipping return, conditions apply (see Shipping).
  • Please don´t return a item without previous RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  • Several types of products are exempt from being returned. The following items cannot be returned:
    - New CD, DVD, Blue-ray opened.
    - Software opened.
    - Used books sold as used.
    - Memory cards with packaging opened.
    - Downloadable software products.
    - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (see Warranties and Repairs).
    - Any item that is returned more than 30/45 days after delivery.
    - If you accept the estimated deliverying time, any item that need to be produced for you, no matter if the production is delayed.
  • To complete your return, we require the purchase order number or a message from the registered email. Send a proof of purchase as an image (.jpg) or file (.pdf) from your computer.
  • We reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking charge to any returned products (unless our error) based on receipt plus shipping.
  • Any returned product must be shipped freight prepaid to our facility. We cannot accept Cash on Delivery (COD) or collect shipments. Unless our error, you must use USPS.


To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging not opened.
  • If the item was wrong as our fault and the right item is out stock. You will receive a total refund.
  • If you decide to cancel the order at any time after 48 hr of placing your order, you will receive a partial refund. 5% up to 20% will be subtracted from the total due to new refund fees by the credit card companies (5%). It may be applied manufacturer restocking fee and return (this value may vary for each manufacturer 10-15% if manufacturer already begin production of your order). Please check the Estimated Processing Time Before Delivery of each product, before you decide to make an order. If manufacturer doesn't accept cancellation of your order, you order can't be cancelled.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and we will notify you. Please take into account that the refund will appear within a certain amount of days. After 14-21 business days of notification you have not received your refund yet, please Contact Us.


To be eligible for a exchange:
- If we sent to you the wrong item as our fault. Additional cost may apply if the cost of the right product is higher.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Authorization could be required.
- If defective or damaged check our Warranties and Repairs terms.

We will send the exchanged item to the same address in your order. If you change your address without notifying us before your delivery, we are not responsible for the lost or additional shipping cost.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. The item will be exchanged if the item sent is wrong as our fault. If defective or damaged check our Warranties and Repairs terms.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, have the original purchaser request a refund or exchange if applicable. Let the gift giver know to follow the instructions on this page. You may receive a coupon as a gift if refund was approved.


For international customers items over $100 USD cost (America) and over $300 USD cost (Overseas) must to be returned to apply for a refund or exchange. Below that amount please don't return any item.

- Notify us with the tracking number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable if:
- 30 days calendar (national), 45 days calendar (international) have gone by since your purchase (we accept day of your shipping return the 30th/45th day).
- Ground Shipping with tracking chosen with insurance fee in US, due to we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Standard Shipping Postal Service with tracking chosen with insurance fee for non-US countries, due to we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
