Track your Order

After receiving the tracking information of your order, you need to wait 1 or 2 business days to appear on the system if your shipping is into United States, or 7 to 15 business days if your shipping is outside United States.

Remember that if you chose the courier option instead of the freight option, you will need to pay the customs fee in your country. Please contact the Postal Service of your country.

If you order was sent using UPS, DHL or FeDex, they will communicate with you. Nevertheless if they don't, you must communicate with them.

To check the status sent using the postal service of United States, please check the Postal Service of your country and paste the tracking number provided.

Please contact them before arriving your order to notify or register the box that is arriving (if your country has that service).
